This website is operated by Idara Plus Academy ("Idara Plus", "we", "us"), based at 1 Roxy Square, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. For any privacy question you can write to info@idaraplus.net.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the inquiry form on the Contact page:
- Your full name and company or institution
- Your email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- The service you are interested in and your message
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your inquiry, discuss a possible engagement, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Who can see it
Inquiries are delivered by email to our team (the sales and general inquiries mailboxes). We rely on service providers to run the website and our email, such as our web hosting and email provider. They process data on our behalf and only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and third-party content
This website does not run advertising or analytics trackers. Some content is loaded from other companies, which may receive your IP address and device details when you open a page that uses them:
- Google Fonts, used to display the site's typeface
- Google Maps, shown on the Contact page
Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and our resulting business relationship, and for any period the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize them.
How we protect it
The website is served over HTTPS, our mailboxes are password protected, and access is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you gave. Write to info@idaraplus.net and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal data in line with the applicable laws of Egypt, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
Children
This website is intended for business and institutional use and is not directed at children.
